    Beech Court Roof Works

    I felt it absolutely imperative that I took time to personally thank you for your professionalism shown throughout erection, alteration and striking of the scaffolding at Beech Court.

    I did not receive one complaint and I have to thank you for showing such professionalism especially when working so closely to the residents. It must be easy to make more noise than one may appreciate, but everyone commented on what a pleasure it had been for you and your colleagues to be on site.

    We had some dreadful weather following completion of the re-roofing and whilst the scaffolding was still in place (which I organised with him upstairs). If that wasn’t a test to the new roof’s integrity, I am not sure what else could be? We then asked for the scaffolding to be adjusted so that the outside could be painted which you obliged without question. Now the scaffolding has been removed, the building looks fantastic and you were a part of that.

    I have not worked with East Grinstead Scaffolding before, but we do use scaffolding companies on a regular basis and I would be very happy to approach you for any future works which come our way. I have been very impressed at every turn and I want to thank you, one and all (and if I have left anyone off, please forward this letter to them.)

  • Dear Sirs

    We just wanted to praise and compliment the team that have been working on the erection of scaffold around our building over the past 2 and a half weeks.

    They have turned up on time each day, sometimes in dreadful weather, and worked hard throughout every single day. This has not been an easy job, given its very exposed seafront location, but it has not deterred them one bit. For that reason we did provide cups of tea on several days to help them keep warm.

    It is a real pleasure to realise that there are still dedicated, hard working, pleasant and professional people willing to do a good job. (Not something one sees too often in the building trade - hence the need for the scaffold!)
